This is a discontinued Fuhr 3 Roller automatic multipoint lock system with 37 inch handle height. The lock features three rollers — one automatic release roller and two locking rollers — positioned 29.53 inches below and 28.74 inches above the handle. Automatic operation means the rollers disengage automatically when the door is unlatched, eliminating manual disengagement steps.
